Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management solution, which will give you total authority over your mail accounts and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-handle GUI, you can create a new electronic mail account in no time and administer its settings with ease. What's more, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one email box account to another, activate email filters, create auto-response messages and defend your e-mail boxes against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your email mailboxes against spam email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesirable messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your e-mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a given email box account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming electronic mail messages based on specific rules specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can quickly create an email filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and define the mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming email messages from one email account to another, or even to a number of other email box accounts. Simply select the email box you wish to redirect mail messages from, then select the destination email mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the mail client of your liking to access your e-mail box accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you want to set up on your desktop PC or mobile phone and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mailbox will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple e-mailbox accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to quickly create an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will do everything else.
