Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management solution, which will give you total command over your mailboxes and mail campaigns. With this user-friendly GUI, you can create a new mailbox account in no time and manage its settings with ease. What's more, you can forward e-mails from one email account to another, configure mail filters, create autoresponder messages and secure your e-mailboxes against junk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your e-mailbox accounts against spam email messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesired emails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your emails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain email mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for sorting your incoming e-mails according to certain criteria specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can easily set up a mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and specify the e-mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mails from one e-mail box account to another, or even to a number of other mail accounts. Just choose the mailbox you would like to forward mails from, then choose the destination email mailbox and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly set up the mail client of your choosing to access your e-mail boxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you want to set up on your desktop PC or mobile device and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new mailbox account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple mailbox accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to easily create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will handle the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
